1. Services Overview We provide audiovisual production support in Murcia, Spain, including location scouting, crew assembly, logistics, set design, equipment rentals, and tax incentives consulting. Services are customized per project proposal; no guarantees of availability.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • Must be 18+ or have guardian consent.
  • Accounts: Provide accurate info; we may suspend for violations.
  • Prohibited: Illegal use, spam, IP infringement.

3. Fees & Payment

  • Quotes non-binding until contract signed.
  • Payment: 50% upfront, balance on milestones/delivery. Late fees: 1.5% monthly.
  • Refunds: Non-refundable post-commencement; force majeure exceptions.
  • Taxes: You handle VAT; we assist with Spanish incentives (up to 30% rebate).

4. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership; grant us non-exclusive license for service delivery.
  • Our IP: All deliverables (e.g., scouts, designs) licensed to you; no resale.
  • Infringement: Notify us at info@murciaproductionservice.com; we comply with DMCA.

5. User Conduct & Liability

  • Comply with laws; no harassment, discrimination.
  • Limitation: Services «as-is»; no warranties. Liability capped at fees paid.
  • Indemnity: You hold us harmless for your content/actions.

6. Termination

  • We may terminate for breach (30-day notice).
  • Upon end: Return/delete data; final payment due.

7. Governing Law & Disputes

  • Spanish law applies; jurisdiction: Courts of Murcia.
  • Disputes: Mandatory mediation first; then arbitration under Spanish Arbitration Club rules.
  • Severability: Invalid provisions don’t affect others.

8. Miscellaneous

  • Force Majeure: Weather, strikes exempt performance.
  • Amendments: Posted here; continued use = acceptance.
